Yes, simply turn up either on your own or bring a friend. Check for Special Offers on the Classes page. Beginners are always welcome.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
A friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Relaxation, warm-up and breathing exercises. T'ai Chi, Taoist Yoga, Taoist breathing and Meditation. Instruction within a group environment, plus individually, during the class.
WHAT IF I'M A VERY SLOW LEARNER?
Everyone learns at their own pace, and we adapt to ensure nobody is left behind. Besides, T'ai Chi is practiced very slowly, so instead of rushing, you are taught to go slow and remain relaxed. You will be helped by more experienced students.
